Justin joined Taylor, Wainio & Neville, P.A. in 2003. He is a graduate of Coker College in South Carolina and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He has passed for the Uniform CPA exam and is applying for his Florida license. Justin began his career in the South Carolina State Auditors Office where he specialized in agreed-upon procedure engagements and Federal Single Audits. Justin is currently an audit manager for the firm and is specializing in independent assurance services for small businesses, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations and common interest realty associations.

Justin is also active in the community as Treasurer for the St. Johns County Habitat for Humanity and the Rotary Club of Coastal St. Johns, respectively.
