Todd joined Taylor, Wainio & Neville, P.A. in 1999 after beginning his career with Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser in Chicago, Illinois. In 2003, he became a shareholder in Taylor, Wainio & Neville, PA. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Todd is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The majority of Todd's experience is with not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, common interest realty associations and closely held small businesses.

Todd is also an active volunteer in the following organizations:

• Past-President of St. Augustine Rotary Club
• 6 time President and other offices of the Ancient City Road Runners
• Campaign treasurer/Steering Committee Member for Florida House of Representatives member Bill Proctor and Mike Davis
• Board member of the Flagler Hospital

• Past board member of the Indiana University Alumni Association - Jacksonville Chapter
